Welcome to my new website! My name is Alex Cummings and I’m a folk and country musician based in Aberdeen. I was brought up on the Wirral where a love for the folk tradition was instilled in me from an early age by my grandpa. I’ve had the pleasure of playing at various folk sessions and festivals up and down the country for the last 15 years, and now that I’m based in Aberdeen I am a member of Aberdeen Folk Club based at the Blue Lamp, and regularly attend sessions at the Northern bar.
I will be using this website to document my journey and upload recordings of my performances. I would love for you to follow along by subscribing, and look forward to seeing you at sessions and events around Aberdeen!
